Returns & Exchanges

At Onion Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all skincare and cosmetic products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
